the parents….You may also email Jen @mccawley@roadrunner.com (please put Parent’s Group on the subject line of your email).

Summer weather is finally here….Please remember your child will be playing in the dirt and will not be looking as clean going home as they came in the morning…Playing outside is an important part of every child’s development….And getting dirty comes along with it. We are not responsible for stained clothing….Keeping this in mind, play clothes are best! Also, an extra outfit on your child’s hook downstairs would be great!
*The state of NH requires the children to have outside play time daily.

Parents, you are getting better about bringing in your child’s weekly supplies…
Our friends are asking “no more animal crackers please”…

Our friends are loving applesauce, muffins, celery and cream cheese, bagels,
and all the other creative yummies…
Our overabundance of juice has been used, we are asking parents to start bringing juice again.
Remember to bring your wipes in with snack. You may also bring milk instead of juice…

Parents, it is very important that you pick your children up on time. Please remember your enrollment registration time... We are still noticing an increase in parents picking up late. If your enrollment time on your contract states 7 am to 4 pm, then your child must be picked up by, or at 4 pm. Late fees apply to the enrollment registration time, not closing time, or the hours of your child’s teacher. There are emergencies that come up, however it cannot become a habit. When a parent picks up late a teacher has to work longer than their scheduled work day. Please be careful of this. I know it is easier to stop at the grocery store on the way home from work, or do other errands, but please keep in mind your children have missed you all day and their teachers would like to go home to their families too!

In the past, some of our families have fallen out of the loop of things because of papers being left in
cubbies. It’s great to clean out your cubby once week.

Has your child had a physical within one
year? If not, he or she needs to. The State of New Hampshire requires all children to have physical forms filled out by their physician in order to
attend Day Care. These sheets are located on the bulletin board upstairs.
Some friends need the immunization information updated.

For our new families and for our families who may have forgotten, there is a bulletin board upstairs in the hallway (under the clock) that is for parents to leave notes to the teachers. It is a great way to let us know if there is a schedule change, pick-up change, or anything you would like to share with your child’s caregivers….
I have noticed more parents leaving notes.
